Accepted Payment Methods

Our currently enabled checkout methods are:

  • Maestro

Only methods displayed as available during checkout can be used for a particular order, device, country, or currency.

Currency

All website prices, shipping charges, order totals, and payments are processed in United States dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may convert the charge into another currency and may apply exchange-rate differences or fees. Those charges are controlled by the provider, not Bavarian Attire.

Payment Authorization and Processing

Payment authorization is requested when an order is placed. Your order is not accepted until payment is successfully authorized and the order passes any required verification. You will receive an order confirmation email after the order is submitted.

We may request additional verification or decline or cancel an order because of failed authorization, incomplete or inconsistent information, suspected fraud, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing error. If a payment was captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment Security

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers using their security and encryption controls. Bavarian Attire does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their payment accounts and devices.

Failed or Declined Transactions

If payment is declined or fails:

  • confirm that the billing information and payment details are correct;
  • confirm that sufficient funds or credit are available;
  • try another payment method displayed at checkout; or
  • contact your bank, PayPal, or other payment provider for assistance.

If the issue continues, contact our customer service team. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or security codes by email.

Taxes and Shipping Charges

Applicable product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are shown during checkout before the order is submitted. Standard shipping is USD $39, and free shipping is available for eligible orders of USD $369 or more before coupon discounts, or with a valid free-shipping coupon.

Refunds and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate. This does not affect any rights you may have through your payment provider or under applicable law.
